1. Who BaysSystems is and what it does

BaysSystems is a technology brand run by Şeref Baysal [awaiting approval] and has not yet been established as a separate company.

This website is published to present AI-powered automation, AI agents, n8n workflows, system integrations and custom software services, to make contact and to receive requests for an initial call. The site has no online payment, no membership and no phone-call link.

2. Information collected from visitors

You do not need to register or provide any information to visit the site.

Cookie information: This website does not use cookies. It does not store information in your browser by methods such as local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage). It contains no analytics, advertising, visitor tracking, CRM or AI service. Pages do not load scripts, fonts, tracking pixels or embedded content from any third-party service; fonts are served from the site's own server. This has been verified by a technical audit of the site. If cookies or a similar technology become necessary in the future, this section will be updated, and non-essential cookies will not run without your consent.

As with any website, the hosting provider's servers keep access logs (see section 4).

3. How WhatsApp and e-mail communication works

The request form on the contact page does not store your data and does not send it to a server. The "Send on WhatsApp" and "Send by e-mail" buttons only open the text you wrote in your own WhatsApp or e-mail app. The message does not reach us until you send it, and you can edit it before sending.

When you send your message, its content is processed on the systems of WhatsApp or of Hostinger, which provides our e-mail service, depending on the channel you use. The purposes, legal bases and retention periods for the personal data in these messages are explained in detail in the KVKK Information Notice.

4. Website and server logs

The website is hosted on Hostinger infrastructure; server country: [To be determined: website server country]. When you visit the site, Hostinger's servers automatically record your IP address, the time of access, the page viewed, browser information and the approximate country derived from the IP address.

These logs are used to operate the site, fix errors and keep it secure. They are kept by Hostinger under Hostinger's own policy; we do not copy them.

5. Service providers and third-party links

The following service providers are used for the website and communication: Hostinger (website hosting and e-mail) and WhatsApp (messaging). These providers process, on their own systems, the data that is necessary to provide the service. Their systems are located abroad. Information on these transfers is in section 5 of the KVKK Information Notice.

The site contains external links such as LinkedIn, GitHub, WhatsApp and our products' own sites (almakistiyorum.net, maplemarketapp.com). They open only when you click them, and the privacy policy of that service then applies.

6. Measures to protect data

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to protect personal data. The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The site has no database and no server component that stores form data. Only the data needed for communication is requested. Access to the contact channels is limited to the data controller.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Retention and deletion principles

Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. When the purpose no longer applies and no other legal obligation requires retention, it is erased, destroyed or anonymised. The periods applied to each data category are in section 6 of the KVKK Information Notice.

8. Data subject applications

You may apply to the data controller to exercise your rights under KVKK Article 11. The application methods and the information an application must contain are explained in section 8 of the KVKK Information Notice. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy is updated when the way the website works or the service providers used change. The current text and its effective date are always published on this page.
