No. The initial call and a basic needs assessment are free. In-depth analysis, development and consulting are not included in this free service.
Every business has different needs and different systems. After the initial call we set out the scope, timeline and price in a written proposal tailored to your business.
It depends on the scope. The timeline is stated in writing in the proposal.
Usually not. We first consider a solution that connects to your existing tools; new software is proposed only when it is genuinely needed.
Client systems are set up in separate environments wherever possible. Data ownership, access rights, hosting and support terms are set in the project contract.
