Products/AI EDUCATION PLATFORM
Mentora
Mentora is a Turkish-language education platform with a role-aware application shell and an AI teacher persona, “Bilge”. It is designed screen-first for smart boards, then desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile. Mentora is in development: its frontend foundation and core application surfaces are substantially built, while product and backend integration work continues.

The idea
Classroom software is usually designed for the administrator and then squeezed onto the screen the teaching actually happens on. Mentora is built the other way round.
Mentora
The problem
Education tools are built desktop-first, then adapted downward — which leaves the smart board at the front of the room, the surface lessons are actually delivered on, as an afterthought. At the same time everyone in the building — teacher, student, administrator — is handed the same interface and expected to filter out the parts that are not theirs.
What it does
- Resolves the interface from the viewer's role rather than rendering one screen for everyone
- Places an AI teaching persona, “Bilge”, inside the lesson surface rather than beside it as a chat widget
- Treats the smart board as the primary layout target, with desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile derived from it
- Is built in Turkish as the language of instruction rather than as a translation layer
Key capabilities
What Mentora is made of.
- 01
Role-aware application shell
A single application shell resolves navigation, permissions and surface composition from the viewer's role. Roles are a structural input to rendering rather than a set of conditionals sprinkled through screens.
- 02
AI teacher persona — “Bilge”
The assistant is designed as a character with a consistent teaching voice and a defined place in the lesson, rather than as a general-purpose chat box attached to the corner of the page.
- 03
Smart-board-first responsive ladder
Layout priority runs smart board → desktop → laptop → tablet → mobile. The largest shared screen is the design target; the smaller ones are reductions of it, not the other way round.
- 04
Turkish-language interface
Built in Turkish throughout — interface, content model and assistant — rather than localised after the fact.
Availability
Mentora is in development. It is not released, not publicly available and has no sign-up. The frontend foundation and core application surfaces are substantially built; backend integration and production infrastructure are part of the remaining work. It is documented here because it is real work in progress, not because it can be used today.

Product work//NEW BUILD
Building something like this?
We do this work for other organisations too — product definition, interface, AI systems engineering and release discipline.
